This time a one acre land for the Om Sri Siva Kali Amman Hindu temple. But this Selangor Indian Exco mandore did not give anything in writing from the Selangor State government, let alone the title to this temple land being alienated to their trustees. This Hindu temple will only know that this Exco and police ASP mandores have cheated them when the bulldozers arrive to demolish the temple.
In the meantime and maybe up to the next general elections this Exco mandores ably aided and abetted by the police ASP mandore had scored his political points.
This is exactly his predecessor the MIC mandores had been doing for the previous 50 years until the 8th March 2008 general elections. When these mandores cannot deliver land titles to these temples they play this kind of wayang kulit politics to keep afloat and try to remain politically relevant among the Indian community.
Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Guan Eng, Hadi Awang and Selangor Menteri Besar should get to the point and grant Selangor, Kedah and Penang state government land on a wholesome basis to all Hindu temples in Kedah, Penang and Selangor as has been done for all masjids and suraus by UMNO, and as opposed to using their Indian mandores to do this one by one and case by case piecemeal basis, which is a false tamil paper politics.
