Warning against Polis Raja Di Malay-sia brutality against Indian youths: Simpang Ampat police beat base burnt down.

urlpolice_thumb
The racist UMNO denies these Indian youth business opportunities, licences, permits, contracts, projects proper job opportunities equal rights and equal upward mobility opportunities in both the government sector, and the private sector which is jointly controlled by the Chinese capitalists.
This denial is the main cause of Indian youths being pushed into crime. And when brutalized in police lock ups they retaliate seriously by burning down a police beat base which we had thought could be a possibility but has today opened the floodgates.
We do not condone crime of any kind especially by the almost absolute power abusing police force and ably aided and abetted by the racist UMNO Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail who has refused to prosecute the tens of thousands of policemen.

Ampun Tuanku, Social Contract does not exist, Islam as religion of Federation is no license to “ethnically cleanse” Hindu temples and cemeteries

agung 4

By Second Limb of Article 153, Tuanku has constitutional duty to also protect the legitimate interests of the Indian poor
HRP and Hindraf had conducted a thorough research way back in 2007 even at the Public Records Office (National Achieves) in law London. But the word social contract does not exist in writing in Malay-sia, London or any other part of the world.
IIU law lecturer Prof. Dr Abdul Aziz Bahri said although the social contract was not written as a document of its own, it was amply manifested in various provisions of the Federal Constitution including Article 153. This is not a legal agreement. It’s a political philosophy.
The word Social Contract was coined in early 1970’s after the 13th May 1969 racial tragedy by Abdullah Ahmad, the then UMNO Member of Parliament for Pasir Mas to enforce Malay muslim racism and religious supremacy by UMNO who is getting from bad to worse right up to this day. At a day when even a first generation Indian Sir Anand Satchinand can rise to become the present day governor General (equivalent to Agong ) of New Zealand but in Malay-sia, anm Indian cannot even become an office boy in any government department.
While Islam is the Religion of the Federation, this does not give the racist and religious supremacist UMNO a carta blanca ( blank cheque) to go on demolishing and socially “ethnically cleansing” hindu temples, hindu cemeteries, tamil schools and Indian villagers in Malay-sia.
Even “extremist” Indonesia had outlawed racism by the passing of the Race Discrimination Act 2008.
But by the day One Malay-sia is becoming more and more racist under One Malay-sia racist UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak

The Price of Malaysia’s UMNO Racism – Revisited by John Malott (Malaysia Chronicle)

The Price of Malaysia's Racism - Revisited najib perkasa
EXCLUSIVE When my op-ed appeared in the Asian Wall Street Journal last February, all hell broke loose in Malaysia. My thesis was that the highest levels of the government were tolerating or even provoking racial and religious tensions in order to shore up their political base among the Malay community.
I also pointed out that there is an economic price to pay for that political calculation, namely, that members of the minority communities increasingly will feel unwelcome in their own country and continue to emigrate overseas, taking their talents and skills with them.
Now, three months later, I don’t think that there is any doubt at all about what I said. It’s not a thesis any more, it’s a fact.
A very comprehensive report by the World Bank has described the exodus of talent from Malaysia in great detail, pointing out the reasons for the migration and the economic consequences for Malaysia.
It is shocking to think that two out of every ten Malaysian college graduates now lives (and works) overseas. Malaysia’s loss is Singapore’s (and America’s) gain.
On racial and religious tensions, not only do they continue, but they seem to have gotten worse.
Najib says that Islam is superior to all other religions. Mahathir says that Malaysia is Tanah Melayu. Talk ofKetuanan Melayu – the Malays as the Master Race, rather than as a people with a special position, which is what the constitution says – has grown.  The Home Ministry desecrates the Holy Bible with government stamps and serial numbers.
When Utusan undercuts the Prime Minister’s 1Malaysia policy and calls for 1Melayu, Muhyiddin says that Utusanis the voice of the Malays. Utusan then goes on to say that the Chinese are trying to take over Malaysia, and that the Christians are conspiring to abolish Islam as the national religion, and so on. All complete fabrications.
But Utusan – owned and controlled by UMNO – gets away with it. This is the clearest example of what I meant when I said that the Government – at the highest levels – is tolerating this in order to strengthen its base among the Malays in preparation for the next General Election.
I find all this very frightening. To strengthen its base, the Government is pandering to the basest elements – some of the most racist, least educated, most gullible, and most intolerant segments of society.
Those elements are constantly conjuring up threats – that the Malay race and Islam, which are the majorities in Malaysia, are under seige by the minority, which is a demographic impossibility.
And rather than say it isn’t so, the Government goes along with Perkasa, Pembela, racist bloggers, Utusan, and so on.    -   Malaysia Chronicle

TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATION – MOCKERY OF EDUCATION SYSTEM IN MALAYSIA

Interlok-TPM UMNO42_091107_MUHYIDDIN

I used to respect the Education system in Malaysia when i was studying in the local school in Malaysia.. We had great teachers who are committed to build students and reform students to be the next leaders of this Nation.
The Malaysian Education System now is like a creation of many educated youngsters without thinking capabilities. it is so much of examination and homework orientated. The thinking process is long ago dead now … We are creating ROBOTS today in Malaysia.
teachers-day My request that the best gift of this teachers day 2011, will be the resignation of Education Minister Tan Seri Muhayydin Yasin. With him leading, education will not be a place of learning for student but it will turn to racial disharmony in time to come.
To highlight my point, Interlok book was made a MUST for all students with distorted facts about Indians, Chinese and other minority races. I wonder what is the hidden agenda behind the Interlok book made a MUST for all students. Till to date, many Indians and Chinese student became the victim of Malay students with name callings and bashing up of students .
It is sad that the the brain is so much filled with harted among students nowadays. Go to any schools or any library, one could see the groups of Indians, Chinese and Malays divided. they are not as we used to be 30 years ago where Ali, Samy and Ah Chong could sit and talk freely and be friends forever .
This Teachers Day is the black day for all educators as many teachers would agree with my statement above. Unless we remove and the education Minister, peace and tolerance among young students to be UNITED will not be achieved at all.
I therefore, beg teachers to be a guiding force to bring UNITY to all students. Unless action to unite all students as one under UNITED MALAYSIAN STUDENTS then education is a failure in Malaysia.
HAPPY BLACK TEACHERS DAY 2011

Racist UMNO Polis Raja Di Malay-sia started shooting dead a young Indian boy (17). Not Aminulrasyid & not Teoh Beng Hock so no national attention by Malay-sian civil society.

url racist
Within one hour of HRP being notified and instructed to act in this ruthless and brutal police murder of  a 17 year old Indian muslim boy Mohamad Johari Abu Bakar and the Press Conference notice being faxed out on 14/5/11 at 1.30 p.m, the family was even told to leave the Serdang Hospital mortuary and not to take our phone calls, we believe from the police Special Branch operatives. We were forced to back off.
In the laws of any country including dictatorships and autocratic regimes, a man is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Why can’t the racist UMNO Polis Raja Di Malay-sia capture this young boy and prosecuted him in a Court of law?
Had his name been Aminulrasyid or Teoh Beng Hock, the bi-racial PKR, DAP, PAS, Bar Council, NGOs, the print and electronic and the Malay-sian civil society would have turned it this into a national issue and cried real hard and loud for Justice.
But as the victim is merely a member of a  powerless, soft target and vulnerable Indian community, he kena nyaya. Unlike in the western civil societies the politically and economically powerful Malay and Chinese leaders’ silence speaks volumes of their racism by omission.

After 3 days of running around, HRP’s C.F Mani and Nathan this morning stopped the unconscionable auction of her family property which was mortgaged to finance her daughter’s medical studies in Ukraine (see letter below).
Obviously being an Malaysian Indian she was denied scholarships or at least a PTPTN loan. This is the racist UMNO agenda to stifle the Indians, preserve them as poor and create the future Indian poor.

‘Provide proof that you’re Hindu’

Religious status is only exclusively indicated for Malays as Islam, NRD officer tells someone who wants an extract of his birth certificate.

PETALING JAYA: What was to be an ordinary trip to the National Registration Department (NRD) for an extract of his birth certificate turned out to a highly frustrating experience for P Saravanan.

Saravanan’s queries on several discrepancies in the copy of his birth certificate and the replies from an officer at the Federal Territories branch left him stumped.

His new birth certificate did not have many details filled, including his religion.

Saravanan, 38, was told that religious status is only stated automatically for individuals who are Malays as Islam, and others have to provide proof of their religion.

“If I belong a race called Indian, it’s normally indicated as Hindu, unless I’ve converted to Islam or Christianity. In my birth certificate, it was typed in as ‘information not available’,” said Saravanan.

“When I told the officer to put down in writing what she had just told to me, she became hesitant and sought help from her superior who refused my request and asked me to seek clarification at the NRD headquarters in Putrajaya,” he added.

To add to his frustration, Saravanan’s parents ages and religion were also not indicated in the new copy and at the Putrajaya, he was told to provide evidence he is a Hindu.

“I was too upset and I left the place in a huff,” said Saravanan, who claimed he was treated shabilly by officials.

“We live in a multimedia society. Even if they have made a mistake, they could have been magnanimous and easily make the amendments,” said Saravanan.

No authority to amend details

NRD’s public relations officer Jainisah Mohd Noor denied that only Muslims have their religious status inserted and claimed the omissions in Saravan’s document were due to technicalities.

She added that there were differences between the old birth certificate format and the new one.

“The old birth certificate format does not have a religion column. So when we extract details from the original, the religious status would not be in it and thus not reflected in the new one,” said Jainisah.

She added that the NRD officers at the headquarters do not have authority to change any information in the birth certificate without the individual’s consent.

Jainisah said Saravanan can get his religious status rectified by filling in an application form provided by the NRD.

Saravanan who is working in Belgium-based gasket company, said he returned to Malaysia on December last year to get an extract of his birth certificate.

“In Belgium, we need to produce the latest copy of our birth certificate to apply for permanent residence or even registering our children at school. This episode with the NRD is shameful and embarassing,” said Saravanan.

97% Malay muslim UMNO court orders “ethnic cleansing” of Indian Bukit Jalil estate, Hindu temple, cemetery & Tamil school to make way for Malay muslim cemetery. But refuses to demolish Malay village and surau on forest reserve land.

IMG_1666

The mainstream dailies today screamed the social “ethnic cleansing” by the 97% Malay muslim dominated Malay-sian Court Judges and Judiciary of the Bukit Jalil estate last plantation village in Kuala Lumpur, their Hindu cemetery, Hindu temple and Tamil school.
To the contrary today’s very same mainstream dailies reported how the racist UMNO and PKR had refused to demolish 35 Malay muslim squatter houses, their community hall, all sitting on the Bukit Tarek, Hulu Selangor Forest Reserve (and the water catchment area) of a mere 20 years. Whereas the Bukit Jalil estate has been in existence for over 150 years.
One phone call by the UMNO Forestry Department enforcement officer Mohd Yussainy and the PKR Selangor Menteri Besar stops the whole demolition exercise even though the Malay muslim squatters have in fact committed a crime by encroaching into a forest reserve and a state water catchment area.
There is no way UMNO or PKR, DAP or PAS would allow an Indian village or a Hindu temple in a forest reserve in the first place, let alone coming to the stage of demolishing it.
One rule for the Malay muslims and another rule for the Indian poor in racist UMNO Prime Minister Najib Razak’s One Malay-sia and PKR, DAP and PAS brand of multi-racialism.
Why, after all the Selangor Chief Minister who has 100% of powers with regard to all land in Selangor is also the Member of Parliamnet for Bandar Tun Razak where this Bukit Jalil Estate is situated?
But he cares a damn simply because the victims are the Indian poor. After all these Bukit Jalil estate workers are merely asking a mere 4 acres. And Selangor is a huge 7960 square kilometer state. And Chief Minister Tan Sri Khalid can say “well, UMNO has been racist and suppressive to the Indian poor Bukit Jalil estate workers but don’t worry, I will give the 4 acres. But we won’t because Selangor Economic Advise, Opposition Leader and PKR Supremo Anwar Ibrahim, DAP and PAS fear losing the Malay muslim votes." But never mind the poor Indian plantation workers kena nyaya on a day to day basis.
Especially so when you throw a stone from Ladang Bukit Jalil and it will hit the Selangor border.

YAB,
Re : 1) HRP Protest Note on SPM Mid term exam question on racially insulting the Indians novel Interlok by Gombak District Education Department.
2) Replace Interlok with 25 November 2007 Hindraf Rally novel.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This morning we received a complaint from a parent from Gombak that for the Form five mid term exams held yesterday 9/5/11, for the Malay language paper 2 (1103/2) prepared by the Gombak district Office. Questions were asked on the racially insulting the Indians novel Interlok with the derogatory insulting word “paria” being used.
We protest the two questions in the said exam papers asking students to:-
1. Narrate two interesting happenings in Interlok and why they think so. (This carries 7 marks).
2. Narrate one background of a place (physical setting) in the said Novel. (This carries 8 marks).
All exam questions could have easily been based on the alternative novel “Papa” (copy of exam papers are enclosed herewith).
We wish to register our protest on this implementation of the racist agenda by at least the BTN Gombak District Education Department in contravention of the Minister of Education’s and the Malaysian Cabinet’s directive not to use the unedited version of Interlok book in schools.
Please take note that from the feedback we have received from the public, with the introduction of this Interlok novel there has been a sharp increase of further racial disharmony to the point of even malay muslim students calling Indian students “keling pariah” and the teachers turning a blind eye.

In the latest case when questioned one malay muslim student even punched an Indian student Thaneswaran (15) on the face at the SMK Sg Buloh using a buku lima first metal weapon and causing his face to swell (see photo in www.humanrightspartymalaysia.com postings on 1st May 2011. Despite a police report having been lodged, zero action has been taken. Of course had if it had been the other way around the Indian boy would have been sacked from school by now or prosecuted and unable to come up with money for bail and lawyer’s fees and would be languishing in jail today by the Malay-sian standards of Justice.
In any event kindly confirm what action has been taken on this case.

And not forgetting the 5 Indian students from SMK Kuala Kubu Baru who on 4/3/2011 went to return their Interlok book back to their headmaster but were instead arrested and jailed at the IPD Gombak police station until HRPs’ intervention and frantic telephone calls to the OCPD SAC Norel Azmi’s office after which they were released. (see Malaysiakini 8/3/2011)IMG_5435
These instances are just the tip of the iceberg of the ripple effect of this Interlok novel vis a vis racial harmony, national integration national unity and racial and religious co existence in what is otherwise supposed to be One Malaysia.
We hereby once again ask:-
1. That for this Interlok Novel be forthwith and in any event within 14 days be ordered to be removed from all schools in Malaysia by a clear written directive by the Education Minister.
2. This book be banned as a text book in all schools in Malaysia.
3. As a deterrent, forthwith sack the Director of the Gombak Education Department or at least interdict him forthwith cause a and show cause letter be issued as to why he should not be sacked.
4. We hereby once again propose that this Interlok novel be replaced with the 25 November 2007 Hindraf Rally novel by P. Uthayakumar which also outlines true racial harmony in the 1960s’ and 1970s’
Kindly revert to us accordingly.
Thank you,
Yours faithfully,
………………….
