One Billion budget in 2010 for the police to gun down up to one Indian a day for six days in a row in early November 2009. And now the police are asking for 30, 000 units of the (non fatal) taser guns but would not use it. They would rather shoot to kill the Indians and use up the RM 1 Billion allocation “else where”.
